All For One got Koda instead of Bakugo, and two weeks later, he's returned to UA. Koda is not only physically scarred and changed, but emotionally and mentally as well. How he adapts back to a life in the dorms with his friends is anyone's guess. But Koda Koji isn't the same cinammon roll anymore.
Undergoing rewrite. The first 3 chapters are old and no longer canon to the story, but won't get deleted due to me wanting to keep the comments.
All For One kidnapped Koda as well as Bakugo, and while the latter was easily rescued, the former will take a lot more effort to be saved. That is, if they manage to find him first. Who knows what will happen in the meantime?

Kens childhood friend is Hideyoshi Nagachika who always has Kens back and hasnt noticed Kens ghoul side.

unbeknownst to the three of them the villain brought a friend, lets just say the friend isnt very friendly..OR
villain robs a store in christmas night, (former) class 1A's big three fights them, unknown villain fucks up midoriyas head, midoriya slowly goes insane.

Until it was Midoriya Izuku's turn. All Might should've realised One For All would affect how the quirk that sends the 9th user into his own mindscape. Now Class 1-A and the teachers are forced to watch from the outside as one of their own has to travel through their own Odyssey. The only way for Izuku to break out of his Mindscape is by following the script and completing each saga that each past one for all user resides under. Can Izuku make it through with his morals and mental state intact?
