First time posting. Not sure if anyone is interested but this is my original story's charators finding a version of the Bat out of hell musical story, set in a different era. For the purposes of posting it here I have kept all the BOOH Characters names.
It starts off with a charatcor called Valcor, who is translating a song "I'll do anything for love" His restless and can't quite understand why he can't leave the confines of the Sanctory his lived his entire life.
His brother finds him Strat's dairy and so plays out the BOOH musical, as Valcor learns and reflects from someone who started off a simular restlessness.Its taken a lot of nerve to post it and I have been inspired to do so because I've read so many others on here- so Than you xx
Anyway, hope you enjoy an alternative universe where BOOH/Jim steinmen lyrics existed long ago, in a world of magic. -

i don't really know how to explain this. it's more '19th century gothic novel that scandalised and delighted readers' than 'bat out of hell fanfiction'. the thesis of this story is that teenagerhood is death and rebellion is murder, and that death is teenagerhood and resurrection is murder is rebellion. do i know what that means? maybe!
a lot of this fic also dwells on becoming lost and what it is to be lost. cant say more for fear of spoiling it but rest assured its very fun <3
