Summary
Zoe, now undead, continues her research with the help of the Harker Foundation and Arthur Holmwood, trying to find a way to detect susceptibility to the vampire pathogen and stop the unintended spread of vampires and revenants. Jonathan struggles with what it means to be vampire in the 21st century, and his personal feelings towards his maker. Dracula outwardly moderates his appetites, but remains an unrepentant and sadistic killer, only to face a challenge to his egotism when a forgotten bride with even fewer scruples than himself rises out of his 18th century past.
