“Dreams are typically a mixture of every emotion and thought you’ve had in recent days, as well as things you may not have realised you were thinking of. If you really had been thinking of Shadow a lot more, and your feelings a lot more some parts would make sense. But to dream of things that, not only didn’t happen but were other people’s memories… that’s quite strange.
“I only have one guess which is that, somehow, you and Shadow’s mental consciousness are becoming linked. I suppose I can’t confirm it, but it might be good to ask him if he’s had any odd dreams as well. Or, doing a little experiment where you sleep in close proximity.”
The blue hedgehog sags back into his chair, gazing at the ceiling wiring. “So this is yet another problem that only I can solve. Great.”
