Title is a song lyric from “I Look In People’s Windows” by Taylor Swift. It’s not really based on the song other than the idea that each home, spot, place whatever you think has a moment going on if you just happen to be walking by.
So yeah this is that…and also I wrote poetry first so doing small things like this is second nature.
