Summary
Selected as tributes to fight to the death and to retrieve the artifact that will restore their people to their former glory, Ben and Rey enter the Dark Wood. They not only fail to kill one another but find their mysterious goal nonexistent, an impossible task. The knowledge rocks their very foundations but also links them in a common goal, and in other ways as well.
