Summary
Annette Shepard has had a hard life. Losing her family on Mindoir, losing her unit on Akuze, losing two years of her life, and now losing the man she once loved. After a brutal reunion on Horizon, Annette has to pick up the pieces and push forward. Luckily she has the galaxy's (second) best shot at her side helping her along the way.
This will be a bit of a slow burn working through the transition of Garrus and Shep's relationship from best friends to lovers as they hunt down the collectors and will then follow their relationship throughout the reaper war.

Summary
Kaidan takes the place of Jack in the re-imagining of Mass Effect 2.
Delving a little deeper into the relationships that Shepard has with her crew mates as she tries to gather the best of the best to ensure that the Collectors stopped from harvesting humans.
Missions are played out as they would happen in game, downtime between missions are elaborated on.Kaidan Alenko, former Staff-Lieutenant in the Alliance Marines found himself released from his cryo captivity aboard the Purgatory prison ship by the same organisation that left him broken and cut adrift.
He finds himself working with Shepard but for Cerberus, the font of his former pain. Can he work through his mistrust and anger to ensure that the pledge he made to get the mission completed won't be broken, and can he fight his demons to ensure that if they make it back through the Omega 4 Relay, Shepard will want to be at his side? -

Summary
It has been almost over a year since the destruction of the Reapers and the end of a war that threatened almost all of creation in the Milky Way. While the galaxy continues to repair not only from the damage the Reapers caused but also the pulse that caused their complete shutdown and damaged the Mass Effect Relays, some semblance of normalcy has returned to the galactic community. Thanks in part to the Citadel's expedited reconstruction effort and the continued work of the Normandy's crew to preserve the galactic unity that the twin Shepards worked to create during the Reaper War, just as the late Cassian Shepard would want of them.
But, as seems to be common these past four years of galactic history, that normalcy is set to come to an end as someone returns from the dead for a second time in his life. Hopefully, that won't become a common occurrence.

She gives me a look, longing, hungry, with eyes like the alien sky, and my body responds in turn. The turians head snaps around when my throat inflates, betraying me.
“You know, Shep’s coming too. She can’t dance but damn does she look amazing in the outfits Tali chooses for her.”
I feel the corners of my mouth twitch upward at the comment and feel myself nod in agreement before I have the time to fully comprehend. I am focused only on watching the Siha in my peripheral, the green and golden collar wrapped snug around her wrist.
