The air went a bit colder as laughter struck through the second floor of the building. New voices Lily had never heard before. She looked up, watching as a babbling redhead pushed a short blond around. “Oh, you have other guests this Winter?” She asked, gladly to see Matt’s business was going well.
“No. Just you lot”, he said. But Lily’s eyes suddenly met the blue iris of the redhead. Just for a second. He scrunched his eyebrows, but got back to pushing the blond back around the corridor.
