“Holy shit Midoriya were you attacked by a rabid animal?!” Sero yelled from across the locker room. Making every head turn towards him. Izuku quickly slapped a scarred hand over his hickey ridden neck, but it was pointless. He felt like he was attacked by a rabid animal. His neck, chest, even parts of his upper arms and hips were covered with hickeys varying in size and darkness. They had that distinct blotchy purpleness that made their identity unmistakable. Someone wolf whistled and Izuku wanted to retract into his skin and disappear. He suddenly got very jealous of Hagakure and her lack of ability to be physically perceived.
“Who was the freaky lady? Huh Midoriya?” Kaminari asked, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively."
Or drunk hickeys make some of Class A think Izuku and Iida are dating even though the signs point to something totally different and much more obvious.
