Kaeya laughs. It’s breathless. Unsteady. “Darling, I’ve never been invincible. I’ve just been very, very good at misdirection.”
“Then don’t misdirect,” Albedo says, fingers drifting again—closer now. Still not touching where Kaeya wants, but God, it’s unbearable. “Be honest.”
Kaeya tilts his head back. “Honesty is terrifying.”
“So is desire,” Albedo murmurs. “But you’ve let me have both, haven’t you?”
His fingers curl. Just slightly. Paint smears over the edge of Kaeya’s hipbone.
Or, Kaeya agrees to pose for Albedo, but becomes the one painted in gold, in reverence, in oil and longing.

Your commute should be a breeze!” He takes his extended finger and presses it against Childe’s chest, leaning in close, his voice turning into a hushed whisper as his breath brushes against the Harbinger’s ear. “We are all victims of fate. It’s how we push back against it that defines us.”
Kaeya leans back, his face lighting up as if he had just told Childe a juicy piece of gossip, “Surely a man with your prowess knows how to keep a set of strange and unfortunate circumstances outside the gates of Mondstadt.”
Maybe Childe was wrong to judge Mondstadt so early on. Perhaps he will enjoy his trip here.”

Childe meets Kaeya, and both fall long and hard for each other. But once they’re together they have keep their relationship a secret.
