Summary
A FKLR unit is assigned to R-14, a facility known for having the highest re-education rate in the Nation, in order to hopefully learn and replicate this process in other facilities. Upon arrival, 22 (now known as FKLR R-1401) meets the facility staff and finds out that the facility is wildly out of Nation regulation. Deciding to confront the site administrator, 22 is hit with the realization that reporting the facility for treasonous acts would affect the high re-education rate of R-14, and reflect poorly on her record.
With this realization (and being put on probation) FKLR R1401 has to adjust and work alongside R-14’s staff.
