Summary
Severus Snape survived the war. He’s not thrilled about it.
Life after Voldemort was supposed to be quiet, preferably nonexistent, and certainly not filled with other people’s problems. Instead, Severus finds himself in a most unfortunate predicament—saddled with an unwanted role as a healer for someone who, much like himself, would rather not be here at all.
His patient is fragile, infuriatingly difficult to keep alive, and far too comfortable with her own mortality. And yet, against all logic, she’s also someone he doesn’t entirely hate. Which is concerning. Very concerning.
Trapped in a house where the furniture has too much personality, the house-elves are far too enthusiastic, and the family is distressingly nosy, Severus must endure the absolute worst fate imaginable—human connection. And if that wasn’t enough, it turns out that fate has cursed him with something even more insufferable: a very long, painful (frozen) slow-burn.
Sarcasm is exchanged like currency, reluctant care turns into something neither of them dare name, and Severus is faced with the most horrifying realization of all—perhaps life isn’t quite done with him yet.

Summary
James Potter had never been one to shy away from a challenge. Whether it was catching the Golden Snitch during a downpour or convincing Sirius Black to wear a dress to the Yule Ball, his life was a string of dares he simply couldn’t resist. But this—this was different.
Winning the heart of Severus Snape, Slytherin’s brooding prince, was less a dare and more an obsession.

Summary
At the very end of Harry's Sixth Year, he's struck by a fairy potion designed to lead him to his soulmate, his one true love. His reaction is to collapse in unbearable agony. It turns out, Severus Snape is his soulmate, but Harry refuses to accept it, so the potion will cause him constant excruciating pain whenever they're apart unless they spend a few hours each day together. Forced to spend the summer on Spinner's End, some of Harry's darkest secrets get revealed between them, and suddenly Snape starts acting odd. The transition is slow at first, but eventually Harry realizes that Snape is making an actual effort to see him for him, not his father or the scar on his head. Harry's pain is slowly diminishing the more he notices the man behind the acidic tongue. Except, not everything is as it seems.
This work does not have a happy ending, but there really is a sequel pending that has one. This is technically a cross-post from FFN of Love Potion from 2017, and it has a not-good but happy ending there.Edit/Update: Added in the real Chapter 5, where Harry gets drunk on his birthday. Apologies for missing it initially.

Summary
Severus had always believed that romance wasn’t for him. Everyone else believed him to be filthy death eater scum, and he agreed, never fathoming the concept of someone liking him enough to actually pursue a relationship with him.
Until one fine day in sixth year, when he finds himself with a small, adorable child clinging to his right leg, calling him Papa.
