[I have not watched Crystalized so this is technically a re-write where I literally do not know what is supposed to happen lmao, I've seen trailers and some memes so that's my only basis]
The Crystal King is like a dark FSM, where instead of the Element of Creation, he is the Elemental Master of Dark Matter. The Crystals he uses are his own dark and twisted perversion of the element of Earth, while this doesn't directly effect the Master of Earth, it does give the team some hope to even the playing field a little. That is, if Cole can adapt to controlling a new earthen substance...
