Summary
Cecil finds himself enamored in the local barber after a weird flower passed through the town. On two legs. Against his grudging past he finds he’s fallen for Telly. Though, Cecil can’t seem to recount why he never liked Telly before. He’s quite the nice guy, and good at his job, at least in Cecil’s eyes.
