Summary
Jason and Chrissy were both sort of lost, life wasn’t exactly panning out the way they thought. It’s not that things were bad per se, it was all so banal. Flat. Stale.
Neither of them would have thought that the summer in Hawkins could offer anything other than the same old boring experience as always. Same old people, same old parties, same shit… different year.
They were so wrong.
