Summary
Keith goes out in a violent way. Coming back, he is forced be a grim reaper, helping people transition into the afterlife while somehow maintaining his own miserable existence. But there are unseen forces that threaten him at every turn. And he can't come out unscathed forever.
Lance is destined for greatness. At least, that's what Allura tells him. Under her guidance, he wants to use alchemy and help souls into the next life just like she does. She always makes it seem like the highest honor a person can have. He's just not sure he's up to the task.
They share a class. Lance hates it.
But when the two are forced to meet outside of class in the worst of ways, they make a choice that sends them unraveling a web of lies and deceit, and no one is safe. Can they survive this together, or will they destroy each other along the way?

He only ever lives in one place for 5 years to avoid suspicions about his age, so there really is no point in telling anyone anything if he's not gonna stick around anyway. But it's gotten to that time where he has to leave again. Only this time, there's a man he very much doesn't want to lose. So he has a choice to make. He just never thought it would be this hard.

When his musical talent is shown off by his (at the time) girlfriend, he is given an opportunity not many get in life: to play on a big stage with actual band members, but when Keith meets a very handsome recording artist/music producer: the famous Takashi "Shiro" Shirogane. At first, they communicate through music to convey their emotions and feeling; claiming these are just "warm ups" if anyone else questions their seemingly odd way of speaking, but after roughly a year or so, Keith starts getting more popular as an artist and is requested by many fans to start officially collaborating with Shiro, that's when some things get serious.

Summary
A tattoo placed on Shiro's arm has him calling a man and landing a job at a tattoo parlor in less than ten minutes. The parlor's unspoken rule? Don't ask why Keith sometimes comes in with bruises and black eyes, or why Kolivan, the owner of the parlor, looks ten years older on some days.
But things change as Shiro and Keith grow closer.

His best friend, Shiro, had caught his lover, Lotor, trying to sleep with his friend and/or rival, Lance McClain a few days after the wedding. And the 27 year old man came running to Keith, telling him what Lotor tried to do. But Keith, being his stubborn self, didn’t believe it. Keith thought Lotor was loyal and trustworthy, but he had witnessed Lotor cheating on him with Lance only a few months after they got married. It broke his heart. He had forgotten about what Shiro told him, and Keith realized that he should’ve trusted his friend, he should’ve seen this coming, he should’ve listened to him.
