The girl turned around and Lance used that opportunity to really soak in the beauty in front of him. She wore thick black combat boots that were likely drenched in beer, hopefully that hadn’t been too expensive. Much like the girl in the kitchen she had black ripped jeans with chains that hung off the belt loops, she wore black fingerless gloves that showed off her chipped black fingernail polish. She had a tight black t-shirt on showing that her chest did not go out very far, but was broader and stronger, her neck was also a bit thicker than most women he had seen at that party. Finally, he arrived at the face of the girl, she had a sharp jaw and intense black eyes, her hair came down slightly past her shoulders and was a deep black. Then she spoke.
“I know I have long hair and it’s a little dark in here, but I don’t think I look that girly,” the girl said awkwardly, in a voice that in fact did not belong to a girl.

“Takashi.” He began nervously and then saw the strength of his fiancé’s gaze he couldn’t help but snap “Takashi you can’t be serious!?” he hissed trying to meet his gaze trying to scan for some kind of lie in his words, but he found none, he pulled back slightly staring around the room trying to ground himself trying to stop himself from saying something fucking stupid.
“I’m serious Adam. I’m going.”
Fuck it. When the love of your life does something dumb you match that energy.

Lance has an eating disorder.
This goes unnoticed by the team for a good second but not for forever. It's just a little extra training here, counting calories there and purging when he can. Its nothing serious, at least not serious to lance.
Being shot into space when you already have some issues isn't the best thing but Lance is sure if he can manage his weight, he can be beneficial to the team, no matter what it costs him. -
