Summary
Pryce and Cutter don't take well to competition. It's a good thing that they have a black-ops agency to keep their agenda in the green and their books in the black. It's a bad thing that these people are- people. Unreliable and messy to their very cores. They come with flaws that cannot be ironed out but- so long as the job gets done- it doesn't matter, does it?
