    It has to be a running gag between Aki and the universe, an inside joke at his expense. Angel meets his eyes in the mirror, and they are just as blue as before—the contact lasts just as long.

    Aki has always plagued Angel's curiosity, he never knew what to make of the guy. He hasn’t been in the city for a long time, and it was initially exciting to see a new face on the football team. Of course, Aki turned out to be as approachable as a loaded gun.

    Angel’s had a taste of everyone on the football team. Everyone but Aki.

    His cheerleading pursuit is mostly an excuse to have fun—a concept Aki is unfamiliar with. When they're forced to work together, they find they both meet their match.
