Dean winchester didn’t think of Castiel, at least he hadn’t in a long time.
“Emma?”
He asked, turning on the lights and crossing his arms before his chest.
“Dean, could you kindly tell these guys that you’re my father and I have your permission to drive baby?”
Emma threw herself down onto the couch, beer in hand. Dean looked up into familiar blue eyes, unchanged despite all the times that had gone by. The blond boy behind him had grown so fast that Dean almost didn’t recognize him, but how could he forget the baby he’d held in his arms.

Barry expected the worst after being scented by Leonard, but when every alpha in the vicinity avoids him over it, Barry is thrilled that he can finally get some work done at the precinct. During a visit to Iron Heights, Leonard offers to scent him again during a conjugal, so of course Barry's going to do it. It's just scenting, and it's not as if Leonard will have his cold gun. Please allow me to withdraw my prayer, no one needs to die,” Jaskier says shakily, and even though there is fear in the bard’s heart for his own life, largely there is regret and horror that he asked for Valdo’s death.
The demigod sighs softly, going down to one knee in front of the mortal, and very gently tilting Jaskier’s face to look up at him with a gloved finger under the bard’s chin. The witcher tries to make his stern countenance a gentler one and offers the man a small but sad smile as he murmurs in his gravelly baritone, “That’s not how this works, Jaskier. I can…set aside your request, as it were, but it doesn’t just go away. A prayer made must be answered.”
