Summary
Instead of being kidnapped, before coming to an understanding with Amicus, the Nervo is strong enough to leave Marco asleep until he reaches Adastra.
He manages to find security with Neferu, before finding himself falling for the Khemian.
The pair struggle to survive on an alien world that becomes increasingly antagonistic towards them, and Marco worries he may never escape back to Earth at all.
