Summary
After mating with Pete and being introduced to the man's infant son, Way's instincts, influenced by Pete's dominant Enigma pheromones and Martin's needy baby Enigma pheromones, decide that he needs to change in order to provide for his new baby stepson and fulfill the needs of his new family. Unusual symptoms send Way and Pete to seek out a doctor when Pete suspects Way might be pregnant despite being an Enigma, and they discover that he isn't pregnant and that Way's body is actually just preparing to produce milk.
(This fic is technically complete at 3 chapters. Any afterwards are just bonus chapters)

Wanting to surprise Pete after so long of not seeing him when Pete is too busy with work and the lab to go visit them, Way and Martin show up unannounced at his condo, and find him there with Chris.
“I’m so happy you came to visit me, little one. I missed you so much.” Distracted by Martin being so sweet and cute, Pete didn’t notice that Way had slowed down and leaned in close to him until his lover stopped completely and Pete could feel sudden upset radiating off of him. “Angel?”
Yanking down his face mask, Way demanded, “Why is someone’s scent all over you?”
There was no masking the scents coming off of him, not to another Enigma. Pete faltered. “Baby-”

Summary
Pete makes an offer to Way to send him to where Martin is, so Way can escape from the Foundation's control. Way takes this offer as a lifeline Pete couldn't have ever expected- if he hands over Martin to Tony, then he won't have to worry about his mission to get Babe anymore, and the two of them can have freedom from their adoptive father. A young Enigma with a dual Enigma heritage is surely worth just as much as any child from Babe. But after taking Martin, Way realizes that he can't bring himself to hand over his pup to the Foundation. He'll have to keep his pup hidden in the only safe place he can think of.
Or, Way steals his pup back, and switches his obsession from Babe to Martin instead. He doesn't need the team as a family when he has a pup that loves him to be his family instead.

Summary
Since he found out he was pregnant, Babe developed a new habit; sticking close to Kenta—wherever he was, wherever he went. If Kenta was around, it was almost certain that Babe would be nearby too.
Charlie and Kim didn’t always appreciate this new habit. But what could they do? Kenta—the main target of Babe’s attachment—never once showed any sign of objection.
Strangely enough, this habit of Babe’s ended up dragging Kenta into a new story—one full of surprises he had never seen coming.
