Tim Drake has always had a strong disdain for magic, after all Gotham was a cursed city made of death and ruin. when John Constantine arrives chasing a mage with powerful and ancient artifacts? Its a normal day in this hell of a city. Though when dealing with magic? Things tend to change faster than the tides of the ocean.
Or;
Tim gets hit in the fight with a mage looking to leach magic from Gotham's catacombs and finds himself swapped with another version of himself, nothing in his life is a coincidence and within the chaos of trying to find a way home, dark secrets get pulled to light and shatter illusions that had been carefully constructed. Only time will tell if this is where they find themselves in ruin or closer than they ever could've imagined.

Summary
Once a long time ago Dick dreamed of open air and freedom from the shadow of the bat, a place where he was tied to no one but the people he loved. It hadn't gone the way he wanted it to, but he's okay with that, he's got his brothers, his sisters and people he'd lay his life down for in a heart beat. He wouldn't change that for the world.

When a routine patrol goes sideways when a rouge witch pops up in Gotham, Tim finds himself in another universe. Again. He’s not really worried. It’s not his first experience with alternate Earths.
Well, until he finds out that basic rules that most Earths that have some form of a Justice League have don’t…really apply here. Oh, and he’s older than his oldest brother now.
You know what? Yeah, Tim’s panicking.
Or: the ‘Tim in the YJ show-verse’ trope, but comics-verse isn't a hellscape and the YJ-verse isn't perfect. Somehow, Tim finds a home despite that.

Dick was… a bit confused to say the least.
After being fired from Robin and going underground for three years, he had expected that to be that and to leave his life of heroism behind for good. He had settled down too! Gotten an apartment that was still standing and even worked at a recently opened coffee shop.
So why were hero’s, vigilantes and villains alike coming to his cafe in masses? Why were mercenaries ordering mochas? How did he suddenly have like three brothers? And who was that blond hottie with a leather jacket?
Or, what would have happened if Dick hadn’t become Nightwing mixed with a coffee shop au?

Six-year-old Dick Grayson was crouched on the edge of the roof, holding a half-eaten churro like a grappling hook, cape flapping in the wind.
“I’m on patrol,” Dick said seriously. “Crime never sleep.”
Jason walked slowly toward him, hands raised like approaching a wild animal. “Neither do I, apparently.”
Dick pointed dramatically at a raccoon in the alley. “Suspicious activity. He stole that hot dog.”
Jason glanced at the raccoon, who hissed.
He sighed. “You’re not wrong. But you’re grounded.”
“I’m Batman. Batman is never grounded.”
Jason pinched the bridge of his nose. “I raised a menace.”
