Summary
After Goose’s death, Carole refuses to talk to Maverick and they part ways. When she fell ill, Bradley secretly drops out of college and sells his heats to provide for her.
Maverick sees everyone around him getting on with their lives while he is still haunted by the past, unable to forgive himself. Both of them are at that point in their lives where they feel trapped.Until one night they meet again, unaware of their identities.

Summary
Anyone else ever wonder how Maverick & Hondo became friends? It would've taken someone who knew Mav pretty well to say "Don't do it" at Mach 10.1 and follow him all the way back to Top Gun and then to another carrier detachment.
