Based off the prompt: For whatever reason (maybe the fact that they bicker like an old married couple) Hawks thinks Shigaraki and Dabi are dating. It doesn't help that Hawks and Dabi flirt by being snarky and calling each other names.
Hawks tries to be very, very cool with the league being very close with each other. Specifically, Dabi and Shigaraki being very close with each other. He's not jealous, he's not allowed to feel that. He's just going to focus on this weird friendship feeling he has with the entire league and not focus on what he doesn't have with one of them.

Summary
Hawks would be lying if he said he hadn’t thought about kissing Dabi. He had. Often. Dabi was an attractive man, in that rugged, scarred way. Beautiful, like a lone tree standing atop a lightning-scorched hill. He thought about doing a lot of things with Dabi. That wasn’t unusual either. He was a bard and sometimes, the stereotypes about bards were true. He liked his pretty people and having a good time when he had a chance (It wasn’t like he was going to live a long life anyway, not with the commission practically owning him still).
He hadn’t expected to actually kiss the man. It was right up there with Dabi apologizing or thanking him for something sincerely. It just wasn’t likely to happen.
Except here they were, with Hawks’ back pressed into a tree and a rather insistent pair of lips on his own.
