    Summary

She is an older girl, not yet a woman by any reasoned measure, lying in a crisp brown circle of dead and dying grass which crunches beneath his feet. She looks less asleep and more like her captor, dead. But then, it only makes sense for her to be dying, slipping away beneath the ground, folding into it, waiting for it to accept her as part of itself.

Capitano drops down, sits in the decaying earth with her for a long moment. Takes one of her ink-dark hands in both of his own and holds it- she is tiny, a brave little mouse.

“Je ne suis pas mort pour le Fontaine,” She says, voice cracking around the syllables, being exhumed from her dying remains. “Je ne suis pas mort pour la Maison, Mère - je ne suis pas mort pour moi-même. Je suis mort pour Clervie.” Again, “Je suis mort pour Clervie.”

“I don’t-,” Capitano begins, and her eyes roll away from him, her hand goes limp in his grasp.

“Quickly,” She says, raw, dragged out of her throat by the nail-teeth. “Kill me quickly,”

“No,” He says, although it might be kinder.

    Summary

“This is an opportunity, Albedo! A chance for a new, fresh take on life.” Beaming, Alice placed her hands on Klee’s shoulders. “We’ll be a family from now on, so treat her like a real younger sister!”

Albedo blankly stared at the mother and daughter. He lifted his cloak’s hood and stood. “Is there an inn I can stay the night at?”

When Albedo first arrives to Mondstadt, all he cares about is carrying out Rhinedottir's final assignment; being a part of a family is the farthest thing from his mind. But no matter how stubborn he is, Alice is determined to show him the love she and Mondstadt has to offer.

    An Albedo prequel fic!

    Summary

"Lately, his attempts have become less frequent, but his accuracy has improved significantly. Good effort, but patience is key — the time for the perfect strike has yet to come." Is it really just patience?

    _

Though he isn't the type to reminisce, stumbling upon a letter he wrote years back enabled him. There he, once again, acknowledged the new life given to him by the person he wanted to kill the most—the woman who he grew fond of. The same woman he once vowed to claim in death is now the one he yearns to claim a life with instead.

    -

Just Moze reminiscing some of his many early attempts to assassinate his general, each one a fail, but some hold a memorable experience- either the improvement of his skill or his viewing of the said general.

    Summary

The young boy carefully studied him, gaze somehow both playful yet intense enough to pierce through his armor. “Your arms are like Father”, the magician remarked with a gleeful tone that caught the Captain off guard. Whatever leftover caution the child still had had instantly faded, a sense of familiarity overcoming him as his body language relaxed involuntarily.

    It was…strange.

Capitano resisted the urge to pull down the sleeves of his shirt to cover the exposed skin above his gloves, the sudden awareness that even such a small bit of his body being visible stood out like crimson blood against snow was hitting him like a dagger. He chose to ignore the boy's comment. “What’s your name, little Snezhevich?”
