Yesterday, there was plenty Soundwave could have said about Starscream, and not all of it complimentary. Looking at his empty frame, optics dark, in a make-shift mortuary, it all seems hollow in comparison. There's a killer on the loose, and with Megatron missing, Soundwave is the only one trying to hold the Decepticons together.
