Some people are used to being invisible, never being noticed. That's how Tabatha lived, as nothing more than a passing face in the crowd, meaning nothing to those she saw every day. But Papyrus just couldn't understand why such an intriguing human could stand going unseen. (Eventual Papyrus x OC because there aren't enough of those fics in the world. Slow burn)
