"Thor's visiting and he heard about your trip. Banner managed to convince him to leave you alone, but he didn't manage to convince—"
"Boo."
Peter jumped at the whisper in his ear. He turned around, but no one was there, not even with his enhanced senses. Still, his skin prickled from someone's presence. He scanned the lobby and found the culprit leaning against a wall in a faraway corner. Dressed in a crisp black suit with his hair slicked back, Loki gave him a lazy wave and a sly smile before disappearing into a crowd of hurrying scientists.
Peter covered his face with his hands. "Oh, you've gotta be kidding me."

Summary
With a swish of his wand, a platter of desserts appeared in his hands. It was an assortment that admittedly must have taken a great amount of magical prowess to summon. There were desserts that he’d never even seen before, alongside gourmet renditions of ordinary classics. If these were what they were eating at the party, Schezo could admit to feeling a twinge of regret. He couldn’t let Lemres know that, though, and kept his face impassive.
Lemres nudged the tray towards him, alight with a newfound energy reminiscent of their duel. “Go on. Take whichever ones you want. I have plenty more for everyone else.”
“If I take one, will you finally leave me alone?”

In his sweetest dreams, Linhardt would pull him closer, wrap him in his arms and stay there, and he would say, “Okay. We’ll go wherever you want. I don’t know what I would do without you. I’d go anywhere as long as you’re there. I love you. I love you more than you can ever imagine.”
In his memories, Linhardt lets go of his hand, takes a step back, and doesn’t say anything at all.

Summary
The aftermath of the latest battle leaves wounded soldiers all over our camp. Another healer will have to help them. My duties are with the idiot slung over my shoulder, who has less common sense than the armour he wears. He coughs, and droplets of red fall to the ground. The sight of it opens a pit in my stomach.
