Summary
Wei Wuxian pressed his nose against the cool glass as he stared at the red planet growing ahead. The observation deck was quiet around him, the steady hum of the ship a peaceful counterpart to his racing heart. He pulled away from the window only to lean his hands against it, elbows locked, fingers spread. He was going to Vulcan. He was getting away from Madame Yu. He was going to study with other engineers and programmers.
He was going to kick ass.

Wangxian's story set in the Star Trek universe. This work will take inspiration mostly from the tv show, but also from the novels. The plot will closely follow canon but with various alien races, technology, and of course flying among the stars.
Wei Wuxian is a young Starfleet Academy cadet on his way to an exchange program on Vulcan, where he meets an intriguing Vulcan named Lan Wangi.

The story of Heavenly Damnation continues!
During the mid-autumn festival, a fateful encounter allowed Hua Cheng to take his all-time idol, Xie Lian, away from the grasp of Immortal Records —the most important label for rock and metal music in the country— who were trying to coerce him into signing up for a nightmare. Retreating with him and some members of his own band to a vacation home away from the Capital, Hua Cheng now must make the best out of the couple of days they’ll spend together to gather what he needs in order to save Xie Lian’s music. The task isn’t easy: Hua Cheng can’t tell Xie Lian about his plans without breaking his trust and scaring him away, there are more interests at play, and back in the Capital, Jun Wu loses no time summoning Feng Xin and Mu Qing, Xie Lian’s former bandmates and friends, to set a snare in which he can catch Xie Lian as soon as he returns. Dishonest debts, broken feelings and stolen songs start to surface in the muddled waters.

The first time Lan Zhan knew he was in love with Wei Ying, he’d just been on the receiving end of the sharpest receipt of his life. “Shit,” he swore, reaching up to grasp his jaw, massage the place Wei Ying had slapped. Shit, he thought, watching Wei Ying fight anger-fear-regret off his face.
“I’m sorry, Lan Zhan, it was a reflex. Did I hurt you badly?” He was too far away, Lan Zhan remembers. He kept hovering a few steps back, wouldn’t come closer to Lan Zhan, bouncing on the balls of his feet automatically, as if still ready to spar, or to run. It was Lan Zhan who’d botched the stunt, who’d caught Wei Ying much harder on the back with the steel chair than he’d intended; it was only right that Wei Ying had slapped him in response, and yet he was the one apologizing.

He can’t be, because he’s standing in this odd little shop humming Lan Wangji’s song and putting candles on shelves, an act so mundane that it seems out of place in the narrative. This is how he finds Wei Ying? The feared and reviled Yiling Laozu, stocking white votive candles next to a rack of tie-dye t-shirts? He almost starts laughing at how absurd the whole thing is.

It's 2019 in Seattle, and Lan Wangji has been traveling the world searching for 13 years when he finally finds him. In this modern au, Wei Wuxian didn't die during the events at the Nightless City. Instead, he fled to the US and started a new life. Now that Lan Wangji has found him, they set about unraveling the mystery of what happened all those years ago.
