Wei Ying has been put in charge of the new troops. No pressure at all none at all. Just a glaring friend who is like his brother, and a bunch of new recruits that have no idea how to fight.
Then a particularly well built and handsome figure appears that knows a little of what he is doing. So, things might not be too bad.
Lan Zhan on the other hand is trying to avoid looking at all the shirtless men who are training beside him. Much more pressing is avoiding his captain, the hottest guy he has ever seen. He is a complete mess of feelings, yet he does not look like it. However, he has come to the realization that maybe his hardships into finding a wife might be because they were not a man.

This is a mix between Modao Zushi and Mulan, however, it might follow the same plot as Mulan, but it is not Mulan. After all, Lan Zhan is a man who is interested in men, while Mulan is a woman interested in men. So, Lan Zhan cannot have the same struggles as a woman in ancient china and Mulan cannot not have a sexuality crisis. With these differences in mind the story will follow different struggles and these struggles will shape a different story. So, enjoy! -
