Summary
2 years after the Avengers Civil War, the Rogues have returned to a place that they do not recognize.
With a new system established, a chain of command that has them at the bottom, rules and regulations that they can't get around, the consequences of the actions, and most of all, a Tony Stark that wants nothing to do with them, and will not bow to their demmands any more, will Steve and his followers be able to handle all of this changes without blowing up ?
