Summary
The conflict between the Decay of Angels and Armed Detective Agency has finally been resolved. The vampire outrage has ended and Fukuchi was sent to jail. Unfortunately, Fyodor and Nikolai were able to escape. The book has been handed to The Hunting Dogs for protection. The new commander, Teruko Okura has pledged to reform the unit into a less ruthless organization that strives for justice. The Agency has finally been left in peace. However, new problems begin to show up.

Summary
In the aftermath of Megatron’s discovery beneath the arena, he and Starscream overcome one or two of their differences and finally give in to their growing attraction. But when the Altihex militia arrives to join the Decepticons, their presence brings a few problems. Such as a cryptic message from an informer in the militia, and graffiti depicting a Seeker’s violent death. And when Starscream begins to confide what he knows about Altihex, Megatron realizes there may now be thousands of enemies just outside his city gates, to say nothing of the stranger in his berth…

Summary
The city-state of Vos has managed to stay neutral despite the many vorns that Iacon and Kaon have been at war. However, when the newly named Decepticon Empire starts spreading to their neighbouring city-states, the Winglord makes the decision to form an alliance with the more civilized Autobots over the barbaric Decepticons.
Unfortunately for Crown Prince Starscream, as part of the alliance agreement he is to be conjunxed to Sentinel Prime.
Unfortunately for the Winglord, his plans rarely go accordingly when Starscream is involved. -

Summary
An armistice with a shaky foundation is not the ideal time to have a crisis about potential physical feelings for his Second-In-Command, but Megatron is going through it regardless. Starscream is as shiny as ever, with glinting wings and a sharp glossa, and in a moment of weakness, Megatron decides to give Starscream a gift disguised as a bribe to enlist his help for the peace talks with the Autobots.
It does not stay a bribe, and it does not remain the only gift Megatron gives.

Summary
As Megatron gradually learns more about Starscream, he starts giving Starscream more freedom. And the line between captor and prisoner begins to blur. But when the shadow of planetwide war appears on the horizon, Megatron will do anything to make sure the Decepticons win, even if a certain Seeker becomes collateral damage of this.
Or, if the summary was a single sentence : in which Optimus Prime makes a speech, Altihex makes an alliance, Megatron makes a discovery, and Starscream makes his move.
