Finally. Finally! Jaune Arc has finally scrapped together enough lien to afford not-so-legal means of attending the school of his newfound dreams. He may not know how to fight, but that’s what a school was for, right? With this, he can finally achieve his dreams of being a huntsman, making lifelong friends, maybe finding a nice girl to settle with, and becoming someone that would be worthy of the Arc name!
Now if his sword could stop whispering promises of complete annihilation unto his foes every now and then, that would be better, but beggars can’t be choosers.

Summary
A absolutely wasted Qrow Branwen decides to preach to some random kid about the wonders of booze (He totally did not just make up a bunch of facts on the spot. Nuh uh, he didn't).
The problem is, that "random kid" was a ten-year-old Jaune Arc, whose father refused to teach him how to be a huntsman.
He proceeds to take the teachings (drunken ramblings) to heart, and become a Drunken Master like that kind old man! (HEY, I'm only, like, thirty!)

“You said you were planning to rent an apartment over the summer, right?” Blake stated. “Well…”
Shit. No one was around and this was still embarrassing. Her throat was closing in on itself, trying to save her from making this mistake.
“…so am I.” She finally forced out. “And I was thinking maybe we could split expenses and share an apartment?”
Jaune stared at her in bewilderment for a good few seconds while Blake fought the urge to run away.
“You want to…” He slowly spoke. “…share an apartment this summer…with me…to save money?”
. . .
Blake is too afraid to return to her parents during summer break after how things were when she ran away with her ex. Jaune is too afraid to return back home during summer break after running away in the middle of the night to pursue his dreams.
So clearly, the obvious thing to do is to share an apartment so they can save on money.
And in the process, find they might be a bit more similar than they thought. A tale of stupidity, connecting, and the unlikeliest romance to ever occur.
