Summary
Bill Cipher, against all odds and without his own knowledge, has fallen in love. Unfortunately for Stanford Pines, Bill has no idea how to love something that isn’t himself. When Ford tries to sever their relationship, Bill decides he needs to get creative in order to prevent Ford from leaving him. He would ensure nothing, not even Ford's own stubborn attempts, could ever tear them apart.
Bill edits Ford's memories and blames it on McGucket. Set just before Ford can send the postcard.

“You’d die for me? Really?” Sejanus asked. It sounded vaguely like a challenge, but his voice was barely above a whisper, as if afraid of the answer. That same soothing tone that Coriolanus hated.
It was so patronizing, like he was a small child or some kind of animal who needed to be protected. He hated it more, though, because it usually worked. Almost every time Sejanus pulled out that voice, he was able to lure the truth out of Coriolanus. Unfortunately, he also used it sparingly enough that Coriolanus hadn’t yet learned how to divert it.
Coriolanus considered lying, he certainly did. But everything was on the table now and he was already a little hazy from the argument during his headache. Coriolanus additionally didn’t want to continue this fight, unsure that he was fond of how it would end. His eyes stung again, but he avoided it in favor of speaking. “Don’t make me say it again, Sejanus, this is cruel.”
OR
The crazy slow burn in which we watch Coriolanus fall in love with Sejanus and all his humanity, something Coriolanus lost a long time ago.
