“You, me, that movie you wanted to see on Friday? I already cleared it with Abuela that she can babysit!” Eddie raised an eyebrow at the unexpected enthusiasm, especially for a movie he knew Buck didn’t really want to see and was only indulging Eddie over.
Eddie smiled back at his infectious energy, but there was a pinch to his brow.
