Summary
Magic often gives power to the most mundane of things. A coin flip to divine gainful decisions, household herbs used to balance and amplify intention, the lines of a palm to predict the future. Numbers, quite similarly, are conduits for magic.
One, as the smallest prime number, has powerful associations to severance. Seven is the number often attributed to magical strength and efficiency. 11, 22, and 33 represent the psychic, physical, and emotional intent which shape enchantments.
Three, however, is the most powerful number; for when it comes to magic, all things must be balanced. Dark and light, opposites balanced by the neutral. Hot and cold, settled by the temperate. Pain and pleasure, brought to focus by contentment.
