The flask was emptied far too quickly. Childe felt a light buzz under his skin. He was far too used to the heat of firewater to be thrown under the tides of the liquor. Zhongli’s cheeks were tinted a warm pink, his eyes shining in the low fire light.
The bottle was discarded nearby, lost when Zhongli encroached on the harbinger’s personal space. Childe hardly cared where it ended up. Zhongli’s lips were against his and that was the only thing that mattered to him at that moment. Fiery like the beverage was… his gloved fingers gripped at Zhongli’s jacket. He loved when the dragon got like this. All consuming, possessive, hungry… and only for Childe.
“Ajax…” Zhongli growled against the other’s lips. “Will you indulge me?”

Summary
Childe had no reason to think that Mr. Zhongli had any malicious intent. In fact, from watching him, he thought that Mr. Zhongli was a very nice man! Childe had assumed that Zhongli was just another regular Liyue citizen, his unassuming demeanour and vast knowledge on Liyue being the reason for why he was chosen as his local guide by the Tsaritsa.
In fact, Mr Zhongli is so nice, that he'd definitely be willing to help him out with a little favour after a night out drinking, right?
Right?
Maybe Childe needs to re-evaluate his evaluations...
