Summary
The downside of an enhanced metabolism is that it renders most drugs completely ineffective. Captain America accepted this long ago as an occupational hazard. Basically superbat from the POV of Lois Lane. Story written because I find fics where Clark is down bad and thirsty right away super funny. (No pun intended.)
