Really well written non-supernatural Stiles and Lydia relationship. Some adherence to canon, ie characters, but different actions, interactions. Well done character development.

Summary
Thousands of years ago Dragons came together to perform a huge and complex spell to give their descendants human form. This way their children and those that came later could hide in plain sight among humans. The sacrifice needed, were the mothers, there are no more female dragons. The remaining males can only achieve their dragon form by saving their soul mates.
In the words of Mac Taylor, everything is connected. If you don't read everything you're gonna be confused.

Dragon series. Have read 1-64
Really great series but does jump around through many fandoms. Most stories could be read without reading whole series but author does build in references to upcoming events in stories. Stories also not written sequentially so story one, for example, was written after story twenty, etc. You can read chronologically but there are gaps that the author is back filling. It's also set up into smaller series sets, ie Ancient Britain or the Buffy/CSI/Magnificent Seven. Well plotted with an ongoing purpose/focus

Summary
Lydia returns to Beacon Hills after a few years away, bringing with her a troubled past. Unbeknownst to her, Stiles has also just returned to town after graduating from George Washington University, bringing back plenty of secrets of his own. With the pack finally reunited, Scott hopes things will fall into place...but things are never as simple as they seem.

Great Stiles/Lydia as adults coming back to Beacon Hills. Not a teen rom-com. Well characterized, good world-building and development.
