Anakin isn’t doing very well in the aftermath of Obi-Wan’s apparent death, falling into a deep depression and developing unhealthy coping mechanisms. Ahsoka, Padmé, Rex and the other Jedi try to help. (Starts from a few days after Anakin and Ahsoka apprehend Hardeen and then extends a few weeks after Naboo as Obi-Wan tries to make it up to them)

Summary
Obi-Wan refuses to accept what Yoda says about the boy he trained being gone. He asks Padmé to tell him everything, realises why Anakin turned and what Palpatine must have offered him, and is determined to bring him back to the light AKA he and Padmé team up and head to Mustafar together, and this makes all the difference in the galaxy.
Other things that help: Ahsoka accepts Darth Maul's offer but with certain conditions, Asajj Ventress returns via The World between Worlds, Quinlan Vos decides to make his way back to Coruscant from Kashyyyk just in time to join the fight against Sidious, and Padmé and Bail decide they've worked too long and too hard not to do everything they can to save the Republic.
or, Obi-Wan absolutely refuses to accept that Anakin is gone, and it's this love and attachment - ironically - that ultimately makes all the difference <3

Summary
After crashing their ship once again on their way back to Coruscant after a mission, Anakin is injured. Broken ribs, smoke inhalation - nothing he hasn’t healed from before. Both Ahsoka and Obi-Wan are troubled, however - he isn’t healing at the rate he should be, and his condition is worsening. The Jedi Healers believe he may have caught a virus that is not only making it difficult for him to heal, but is depleting him of the Force, a virus that has only ever attacked Jedi, and according to Temple records, was declared eradicated three hundred years ago. Why is it back? And what effect will this have on the prophecy of The Chosen One? Whatever it may be, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, Padme, Rex and the 501st will do everything in their power to save him, even if it means going against the orders of the Jedi Council, and they might just end up saving the galaxy as well.
