Summary
On his escape route to Havana, Cuba, Sergeant Sullivan realizes he has a stowaway in his pack: the ghost of one Cameron Cope.
Across the globe and in the desert fields of Saudi Arabia, Private Cope comes to learn that his internal monologue has been replaced by the memory of Sergeant Sullivan.
Worlds apart, but connected together by the spirits that haunt them, Sullivan and Cope learn to carry the ghosts in their packs. And when brought back together through ironic circumstance, will learn to carry each other, as well.
