All of Tommy's idols have one thing in common:
They race
Tommy dreams of low, sleek cars and midnight races turning into police chases. The push of frantic fans trying to get the attention of their speed demon idols is a force he is far too familiar with. Every time he blinks, he can see the red tail lights that burn like the neon signs this city is known for. All of this accompanied by the sweet smell of cotton candy smoke that can only come from one thing; one slim device.
That, is his paradise; his world that he wants to belong in.
And the only way to do that, is by winning.
Each year, he tries his hardest to convince The King to let him drive in one of the biggest, illegal street races this bright city offers and for the past 3 years, he has been turned down.
This year is going to be different though. This year, Tommy has the best plan and it will work or else Tommy won't know what to do with himself.

He gently poked Alastor’s shoulder with a finger, jumping back when he heard a barely audible snarl coming from the demon. He still didn’t open his eyes. Angel looked him over more carefully, wondering what could have happened in the last few hours between Alastor showing up after the battle and him lying unconscious on the ground. His immaculate suit seemed darker around his chest, soaked. Angel touched the material, conscious of the demon’s sharp teeth so close to his hand. His gloved fingers came back wet with blood.
