This is the second half of my story Never Far Away.
Oliver has returned from the island with a lot to think about and do. He made a promise to his father. He became a man he barely recognizes from all the trauma he endured. He is still in love with a woman who has no reason to be nice to him.
Felicity returned to Starling City after graduating from MIT and dealing with her boyfriend's death. It was home, even if she still hid under the shadows so that no one that once knew her knows that she is back. But then the shocking discovery that Oliver Queen is alive hits the news and her quiet life become upended.
