Summary
Welcome to Nova’s Heights, a city filled with those with supernatural powers (Spectrals). Though, not all is as magical as it may seem, as cruel discrimination is seen towards all those who don’t have supernatural abilities (Blanks) and those who bare additional inhuman traits (hybrids).
Follow our four protagonists (Pearl, Scott, Scar, and Impulse) on their different journeys and their experiences with the world around them. We will still be writing other perspectives, but mostly stick to those four.
This series will be kept is chronological order to the best of our ability, but the first four works will all be backstory to the rest of the series.

“NO!” Grian cried, pulling the key out of his car, engine going silent after the series of disconcerting clicks and clunks.
He groaned in despair, resting his head against his hands on the steering wheel.
“...What happened?” Scar asked.
“Battery’s dead. I’ve been ignoring it for so long, I guess I forgot that I needed it replaced,” Grian replied.
“I can’t get home, all the buses have left, Mumbo left, and the storm is too bad for any mechanics to come.” From every angle, he was screwed.
“...Do you want to stay at my apartment?” Scar offered nervously.
Grian’s head snapped towards him, hoping the wave of relief he felt wasn’t too obvious. Or the blush he could feel creeping along his face.
“If you’re sure you don’t mind?”

OR: Grian is a cashier who hates his job, and Scar is the pet supply shop owner who comes to the store every single night. When Grian's car won’t start in the middle of a bad snowstorm, Scar lets him stay at his apartment.

Summary
Dagur scares most of the people in his tribe. Which suits him just fine. Most people either wanted to replace him or use him to get ahead, and he knows this well even at the prime age of 10. So Hiccup is a breath of fresh air.
Hiccup knows people on Berk would rather that he not exist. He tries to make himself disappear as much as possible. So Dagur’s arrival while Hiccup is seven is the chance to have someone actually want to see him.

Summary

When given a choice between all he's ever known, and the wilderness beyond it, Hiccup chooses the latter. Content to leave his entire childhood in the past, Hiccup is dragged back into fifteen years of unpleasant memories when his peers from Berk crash into his new home. Drago was coming after Berk because of Hiccup, which meant that this war was his responsibility. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third was about to come back to life in the eyes of everyone in Berk. But now he was stronger, faster, older, taller, more confident, and a great fighter. He could take down Drago Bludvist, it was his father he was worried about. And Astrid Hofferson.
