In 2029, Welt Yang infiltrates the Sky People's ship alongside Void Archives, and successfully disables the control hub, setting a thirty minute timer until it takes full effect. Without much else to do, the two are left to converse as the countdown falls to zeroes. In simpler words, a fill-in-the-gaps for Alien Space’s 2029 segments incorporating the bomb timer as a device guiding their conversations.

Summary
Ichigo thinks again that he has not known this man long at all. He knows next to nothing about their long and apparently convoluted rollercoaster of a past. But Ichigo knows this: this man is afraid. This wild, boisterous, gruff man who acts like he is on top of the world is afraid that Ichigo will leave - as he seemingly did once before - and he will never see him again.

Ichigo does not remember anything about anyone. Grimmjow remembers plenty about Ichigo. Not everyone receives a second chance to right wrongs, but these two found each other again and that is a start.

Summary
He had heard the term "slippery slope" once before, after coming to this country. When you took the first steps, it became impossible to stop. You simply kept sliding down the path you had begun, faster and faster, unable to abandon course. The only way to avoid sliding down the slope was to not take those first steps.
The first step for Ichigo had already come and gone, and then he had reached out to settle his own hands on Grimmjow's hips to take the second.-
In 1913 in a small town where he never seems to catch a break or fit in, Ichigo feels like a stranger in a strange land. His efforts to support his family inadvertently lead to a meeting with Grimmjow and the beginning of a relationship filled with highs and lows. But even through the lowest lows, Ichigo can't seem to bring himself to walk away.

Summary
Months after Yhwach's defeat, Grimmjow reappeared in Ichigo's life with the goal of baiting him into all out fights. After a few months, they've found a balance and some semblance of a routine. Like most things that are established without any verbal agreement or ground rules, it can only last for so long. A series of missteps blow up into a problem. After wounds are licked, steps are taken to meet in the middle.
When Grimmjow appears for a fight, but Ichigo has plans to decorate for the holidays, it's the perfect opportunity to put their new balance to the test.
