Ed nods. “I bet that you can’t steal a boy of my choice’s wallet and get away with it.”
“Sure, you’re on. Which boy?”
“That boy,” Ed says, pointing to someone behind Harry. Harry smirks and spins around to see who his victim is but the smile is wiped from his lips when he spots the boy.
This boy is in tight clothes, jean high-wasted shorts frayed at the ends that only just covers the bottom of his fat ass, black crop top exposing a soft tummy and delicious hips, shiny silver ring through his navel. He’s in high heels and he’s got thick thighs, tan as hell. The bangles on his wrist chime when they knock together with his wild gestures. Harry realizes belatedly the boy is with someone, many someones, and is telling a story, dramatic if the looks on the four girls’ faces are anything to go by. In his back pocket, Harry can make out the bulge of what has to be a wallet.
Harry swallows hard and turns back to Ed slowly. “Fine.”
Harry only accepts the bet to show Ed he can. Probably wasn't one of his most intelligent decisions. -

Harry sighs and bites his lip. How do you explain Louis? Harry is still having trouble believing the beautician is a real person. Looking back at his tiny waist and wide hips, round bum and thick thighs, delicate hands and strong demeanor, Harry can’t pick any description for him other than ethereal. He radiated something like royalty and Harry waits anxiously for him to (hopefully) call.
“He’s—“ Shit, where does he even begin? Better yet, what can he say that will do Louis justice without landing himself a year’s worth of teasing? “Um, well I think he’s a drag queen.” He grimaces. Nailed it.Or the one where Harry attends uni and Louis works at the hair salon down the street.

Summary
Aventurine always hired random escorts to accompany him through his heats. A different one every time, all to prevent anyone from getting too close. This had worked fine for him since he became an official within the IPC, and the revolving door of strangers kept everything nice and impersonal. Distant. Safe.
However, after one of his escorts had attacked him and left him on death's door, the IPC execs decide that Aventurine is too valuable of an asset to leave in the hands of random alphas-for-hire. So, now he's to be assigned one, whether he likes it or not. Because his life is one grand, cosmic joke, his assigned 'caretaker' is none other than Veritas Ratio, a man whom he knows all-too-well.
It's fine. All he has to do is endure, and hope none of the cracks in his carefully-managed persona begin to show when under the scrutiny of a man who is entirely too damn perceptive for his own good.
