Summary
The collar was gone. She cut down plenty of lives to rid herself of that blasted thing. She could not, however, relinquish herself of the black ink branding her arm in the form of a snake.
Throné grimaced. Maybe she simply wore long-sleeved dresses forever, but that notion stifled her as much as the collar once had. She perked up at another idea; perhaps Castti knew of a concoction to drain the ink from her skin... somehow? Throné scoffed and unraveled the sleeve. The longer she dwelled on removing the final thing anchoring her in the past, the more she realized that was but a sweet fantasy she could never bring to fruition.
As Throné contemplates what to do with her Blacksnake tattoo, her thoughts always return to Castti.
