Summary
“Michael! Mike!” That’s Elizabeth’s voice, he thinks. He hasn’t heard it in years now, but it is undoubtedly hers. “Evan stole my doll and he won’t give it back!”
“I don’t have it! What would I want with your doll anyway, Liz?” And that’s Evan’s. Nine year old Evan, six year old Evan, he’s always sounded the same. His voice is slurred, he’s obviously just woken up to Elizabeth’s anger.
Michael gets up shakily. His legs almost buckle as he walks towards the door, but he keeps moving because he so, so desperately wants to see his siblings again. He wants to see Evan after fourteen years, and Elizabeth after twelve. His hands are shaking when they reach for the door handle, and he’s barely able to turn the knob without breaking down.
Or; Michael Afton wakes up in 1983. He vows to save himself, but more importantly, his younger siblings.

Summary
By the time the fire washed it all away, Michael’s ill fitting, rotting skin hardly had enough nerves left to feel the immense heat that surrounded him. As he sat there, in that accursed office chair, a smile crept it’s way to his withered face. Finally. It was over. He leaned back hard enough to cause the chair to roll backwards and let his head slump back. He closed the eyes which were no longer his, and as the flames slowly claimed him, he felt at peace for perhaps the first time in his life.
... then he woke up.
