    Summary

You wake up as someone who has nothing left to lose, stranded in an Underground that's slowly dwindling in life. Despite being capable of crossing the barrier, you don't dare to, when you have a personal endeavor and promise in mind.

It's a different story when you're transported into an ideal alternate timeline, where your oath is rendered void. Here, with your various counterparts, you don't appreciate reliving the life of a prisoner-- especially when it's enforced by a reflection of what your Sans could've been.

(OR: In a pacifist timeline, an alternate Sans possessing a human soul appears, risking the newly established peace between humans and monsters. If Classic Sans had hair, he's pretty sure he'd still end up bald.)

    Summary

Starvation was something the monsters and especially Sans were used to, coming to the surface was supposed to make life easier. What he and the other monsters find is not what anyone had ever expected, though it did make sense why the latest human to fall underground hadn’t been as scared of a bunch of monsters trying to eat her as she should have been.

You always knew that civilization would eventually fall apart, your instincts telling you that no mater how hard humans tried, things were never meant to last. That instinct served you well when your fears came true, your insistence on being ready for the world to fall apart… you had been left with everything you needed to survive, everything but other people to keep you from going off the deep end.

What happens when a human hunting skeleton comes up against a human who is hell bent on making him and his brother a part of her life?

    Summary

Izuku had a soulmark before. Explosions across his collarbone, bright and loud, a neon sign that screamed for all the world to hear exactly who his soulmate was.

It disappears in his final year of middle school. Izuku asks the universe to take it away after his last straw is taken in Kacchan’s hands and snapped in half, and he isn’t granted a second one. Not that he minds all that much- no, no one is better than Kacchan was, and Izuku thinks he can settle for finding love one day without the help of some fancy mark on his skin.

Hitoshi never had a soulmark before. He grew up without one and got bullied for it. After all, he was the villain kid, so despicable with such an evil quirk that even the universe agreed he wasn’t worthy of love. He grew to accept it slowly, eventually coming to terms with the fact that he’d have to find someone on his own even if the odds were stacked against him.

Both of them are surprised one night to see a splotch of color on their hands, a thin matching thread that begins to grow as the days go by.

    Thankfully, neither are disappointed.

    Summary

Lark came to the aquarium as a pup. He didn't know who or what he was before his life here in captivity. In his blissful ignorance he grew among the humans that cared for him, the crowds that came to see him. Being a lesser siren, his songs soothed rather than tempted, his instincts not strong enough to produce more than ease and healing upon those who heard him.

It's what had made him so popular.

His tank was open to the air, shallow near the glass where humans of all ages would stand waiting to hear him. Waiting to get splashed on the outside portion of his enclosure. On the inside, it was sealed and sound proof, his songs reserved for those who paid the most to get outside. He didn't mind it. The extra profits meant extra food for him, and good quality water. Or that was his limited understanding of how things worked in his very small world.

Small but comfortable. Till everything changed.

    Summary

After an incident at the world-famous Ebott Aquarium, you find yourself placed on a team of staff dedicated to the care of the prize exhibits at the facility; three notoriously aggressive skeleton siren monsters captured in the name of 'research'. An orca with a disturbing record of finding new ways to attempt to drown his keepers, a shark who's excellent at removing whatever stray hands come his way, and a deep-sea octopus whose past (and body count) are hidden behind endless stacks of legal papers. Despite their pattern of brutally murdering their ever-changing team of keepers, they all seem to immediately take a shine to you- a worryingly bright shine. A shine that won't go away, a shine that starts to unnerve you.

However, the longer you work there, the more you see the inner workings of Ebott Aquarium. The more you realise the sirens you're 'caring for' aren't dumb beasts, they're deeply intelligent... they aren't mindlessly aggressive, they've gone insane, locked in those tiny glass cages.

... The more you interact with the sirens... the more you realise their murderous aggression might not be all that misplaced.
